Approved Regulation - 2005

The Board's Regulation sections are contained in the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 16 of Division 18, Articles 1-10. You can download the current version of the Board's Statutes and Regulations Relating to the Practice of Marriage and Family Therapy, Educational Psychology, and Clinical Social Work. The Board's Statutes and Regulations contain sections of the California Business and Professions Code and the California Code of Regulations. The publication also contains miscellaneous code sections from the California Health and Safety Code and the California Welfare and Institutions Code.

Disciplinary Guidelines - Effective August 21, 2005, Section 1888 of Article 1, Title 16 of Division 18, of the California Code of Regulations was amended. In addition, the Disciplinary Guidelines was revised and updated. The amendment provides clarity, efficiency, consistency, and thoroughness in the disciplinary guidelines.
