Enforcement Statistical Overview

We will be updating our enforcement statistics on a quarterly basis. The time span by quarter is July 1 through September 30th (Qtr 1), October 1 through December 31st (Qtr 2), January 1 through March 31st (Qtr 3), and April 1 through June 30th (Qtr 4). The Enforcement Statistical Archives contains prior fiscal year statistics.

* Average days to complete the various items below is measured by:

• Intake - from the date the complaint was received to the date of closure or referral to investigation.
• Investigations - from the date the complaint was received to the date the investigation was completed.
• Citations and Disciplinary Orders: from the date the complaint was received to the effective date of the citation or disciplinary order.
