The time span by quarter is July 1 through September 30th (Qtr 1), October 1 through December 31st (Qtr 2), January 1 through March 31st (Qtr 3), and April 1 through June 30th (Qtr 4).   • Intake - from the date the complaint was received to the date of closure or referral to investigation.
  • Investigations - from the date the complaint was received to the date the investigation was completed.
